El CapitanHeaded East to Yosemite national Park. An amazing place, huge granite cliffs on the sides of the valley classics like El Capitan and many wet (yes - to see them you get wet) waterfalls. Looks like an awesome place to go whitewater paddling more water than in the whole of Australia and South Africa, as well as hiking and mtbing. We drove up some roads to 2500m that are still not fully cleared of snow. Now we are heading over the Sierra Nevada mountains up to 3000m and down to Nevada, Death Valley, LasVegas, GrandCanyon,and back to LA..hopefully..Right hand drive ok, long left..tight right..

One of many awesome waterfalls1st June '06 - Silicon Valley
We spent a day in the Silicon Valley area south of San Francisco, looking at all the corparate buildings for tall the tech companies. Went to the intel muesuem, and visited one of our component suppliers - all pretty good. Impressive area. Went for a walk around Stanford Uni, really smart campus.
